Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, skin contact (orange), natural vinification, no sulphiting at all and light filtration. Ideal for people allergic to sulfites. The palate is quite long with fresh apple. A very fresh and dry Savagnin. Accompanies curry dishes, Japanese, Morrocan, Ethipian and Korean cuisine. You can even pair this wine with meat dishes.
